Christian Faith helps support the local food pantry located at the Windsor United Church of Christ. As demand has risen at area food pantries, our food shelf coordinator encourages members of Christian Faith to respond with food pantry donations by organizing collections at our church. These donations are then taken to the Windsor United Church of Christ by our food shelf coordinator to be distributed.

Christian Faith Moravian Church has a volunteer representative for the DeForest Area Needs Network (D.A.N.N.) D.A.N.N. helps assist families and individuals who find themselves needing emergency funds for things like rent, utilities, and medical expenses. Our representative helps organize collections at Christian Faith to help support these needs. One of the largest projects organized each year is to have Christian Faith sponsor a Christmas Mitten tree. Members of our church are able to provide gifts to be distributed to children in need residing within the DeForest Area School district.

The Women’s Group of Christian Faith offers comfort, support, and fellowship by providing a luncheon for those attending the funeral. They organize the meal, then serve and clean up afterward as needed. Members of the church are called and asked to provide food for the luncheon. You may be asked to bring a main dish, salad, dessert or other items. The caller will ask you 1-2 days in advance for whatever is needed.
